How can you inspect our bulk lots?
- Carefully look at the photos, images of the spines, and our YouTube videos (if available)
- Make an appointment for an in-person inspection in the warehouse or storage unit where the lot you are interested in is stored.
- Send a local friend, buying agent, or business partner you trust. This person can not only inspect the lot for you, but also supervise packaging and shipping on the day the freight is picked up.
- Schedule a video call from your computer using Google Duo during which you can view all the items with our cellphone becoming your eyes and ears.
- We perfectly understand that trust is key and that it takes time to inspect a lot. We will show you the exact lot you will be buying, not sample items.
How do you pay and how fast do we ship?
- Our no-haggle-prices include domestic and international shipping and insurance to the 48 contiguous states in the United States, and most of Canada and Mexico including Liftgate Delivery to residential addresses.
- Prices might include international shipping and insurance to many international harbors (CFR = Cost and Freight).
- After you complete the order form we will send you an invoice that can be paid for by electronic fund transfer, bank wire, Zelle and ACH.
- Personal and corporate checks including certified checks have to clear before we can ship (2-3 business days),
- We also offer payment options by PayPal and credit card but these payment options carry a higher price because payment providers occasionally freeze the funds for up to three months.
- We ship as soon as possible after the payment has cleared. We will email you the Bill of Lading (BOL) when it is generated. After the freight has been picked up we will email you the signed Bill of Lading with the Pro Number which you can use to track the shipment on the website of the freight carrier.
- Transit times are influenced by the promptness of the carrier pick-up, the geographic distance between the freight terminals and the distance of the recipient from the next freight terminal. Within the contiguous 48 states transit times usually range from 2-5 business days.
